90 DAY WARRANTY ON REFURBISHED UNITS


All of our refurbished units come with a 90 day warranty from date of purchase, indicated by the label on the machine.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Machines, units or parts that have been purchased AS IS
  • Units with broken and/or vandalized parts
  • Units that have been damaged by a power surge, fire or water
  • Units with a broken warranty seal, jammed coins and/or bills
  • Units with missing parts

ONLINE COSTUMERS:

In order to claim the warranty on your purchased item, contact us either via phone or the contact form and provide:

  • The item model
  • The serial number (usually located on the side of the unit)
  • A description of the problem you are experiencing with the unit

If your unit falls under the cover provided by the warranty, we will then ask you to send the malfunctioning product back to our warehouse and a working replacement will be sent to you after your unit has been delivered to us.

PLEASE NOTE: An undamaged warranty seal must be present on your item.


LOCAL COSTUMERS:

You are welcome to bring in your purchased malfunctioning item where a brief assessment will be conducted. If you unit falls under the coverage of its warranty, the item will be repaired or replaced.
